Canva files and margins: Please know we do not use Canva nor modify Canva files. If you submit a file for print, such as a PDF, please ensure it has at least 3/8" margins on all sides.
- Do you have several files that need the same quantity and paper type? Simply attach all the files to one order.
- When ordering certain pages of a file, please reference PDF page numbers instead of numbers listed on masters.
- Please do NOT attach Google Docs/Shared files. Simply download them as PDF files and attach the PDF file to your order.

Simply choose the style you need, open the PDF file, select File, Save As, save to your computer and upload to the order form.
To have names printed directly on the certificates, attach an Excel spreadsheet of names to the order and specify pertinent details in special instructions.
Generate reports using My Orders. The instructions are listed below . The 'Reports' button on the top toolbar is not always accurate.
